PNEUMATIC SYSTEM WITH 1-2 NOZZLES
PISTON LUBRICATION

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

-
1. Connect compressed air min.4 Bar - max 8 Bar.
-
2. Connect the 24 DC press consent.
-
3. Position a nozzle at 100 mm from the piston and a nozzle over the spill hole of the container at a distance of 100 mm in a position that does not bother the pouring of the aluminum.
-
4. If you intend to use only one nozzle, just turn the piston clockwise as far as it will go; this stops pumping and dispensing.
-
5. Turn the manual consent screw positioned on the solenoid valve, the piston will start pumping, as soon as the oil comes out, replace the screw in the initial position.
-
6. Set on the press panel "time lubricates piston" with 2 nozzles:
"1 second (for Pistons up to diam. 080)"
"1.5 seconds (for pistons up to diam. 100)"
"2 seconds (for Pistons up to diam. 120)"
"2,5 seconds (for Pistons up to diam. 140)"

If the single-nozzle system is used, of course, the setting time must be doubled; these quantities are indicative (in our table).

This quantity may vary based on the state of wear of the container and the piston and the hourly blows of the press, the injection speed, etc. and the type of lubricant used.

-
7. IMPORTANT To adjust the quantity of oil, act only on "time lubricates piston" on the press panel, NEVER touch the frequency meter or anything else inside the system, this is already calibrated by our technician.
-
8. The system can dose the oil by drop or by spraying, with a regulator positioned under the piston indicated with the words: Screw open> spray - Screw closed> drop.
-
9. When loading the oil into the tank, never remove the filter, because the entry of foreign bodies could block the pump, since this has very small passages.
-
10. The system is supplied with a visual oil lack alarm. When the light comes on, there is autonomy for about 60 minutes.
