TIPPING LADLE MP
The main feature of the MP tilting ladle is in the emptying of liquid aluminum with ease in the ovens without having to carry out countless compensation maneuvers, in ovens of different shapes and types (dosing, basin, crucible, etc.).
The structure is made with a sturdy iron metal carpentry with thicknesses of 4/5 mm. and by two robust hydraulic pistons controlled by the hydraulic system of the forklift.
The containment basin is made from a jet of highly insulating material, with a high permeability to aluminum, with high thicknesses to ensure a very low heat loss value.
To facilitate the emptying operation in areas that are difficult to access, two different solutions have been adopted:

the beak extension channel is removable in height, so it can be placed at the emptying point.
