PRESS INJECTION PISTONS

We supply extruded bars in special alloys: Copper CuCo2Be, Copper CuNiSiCr, with allowance of 2 mm. and lengths on customer request.

We manufacture high-life die-casting pistons in special alloys:

  • Copper CuCo2Be

  • Copper CuNiSiCr

  • Steel with hardening heat treatments up to 420 HB Brinnel, with sizes from 50 to 180 mm in diameter.

  • Bands in CuCo2Be copper alloy and heat-treated steel up to 420 HB Brinnel

Possibility to mount band pistons on the stem with traditional thread or with bayonet connection.

 

Standard and custom diameters and lengths indicated by the customer

 

Material analysis certificates available on request.
